Certifying Staff B1 and/or B2 (f/m)

Location: Saarbrücken
Working hours: full time
Start: as soon as possible
Time limit: 12 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
- Responsible for and realization of maintenance and repair of aircrafts as Support/ Certifying Staff CAT B1 and/or B2
- Troubleshooting
- Work preparation and organization
- Control and documentation of the carried out maintenance and repair work
- Check and release of aircrafts based on standards or regulations of EASA Part 145

Qualifications
- Valid licence as EASA part 66 CAT B1 and/or B2 with minimum one type rating B1.1/B2 (Fokker/ATR preferable)
- Proof of work experience as Certifying Staff / Support and documents of current experience (6 months of actual relevant maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period)
- Current Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates
- Good English and German skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Quality orientated and responsible work ethic
- Hands-On-Mentality and authority
- Experience as project leader combined with distinct teamwork
- Willingness to do shift work (2 shift system)
- Criminal records bureau check free of entries
- AMOS-knowledge preferable

Mechanic Certifying Staff CAT A (f/m)

Location: Saarbrücken
Working hours: full time
Start: as soon as possible
Time limit: 12 months with possibility of Extension

Responsibilities
- Realization of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as trouble shooting
- Replacement of large components such as engine and landing gear
- Exchange of schedule components
- Realization of repair arrangements
- Documentation of works and discrepancy

Qualifications
- Successful completion training as mechanic/certifying staff CAT A (f/m) or a comparable training
- First experience in the environment of aircraft maintenance preferable
- Self motivated and flexible personality
- Resilient and reliable worker
- Quality orientated and responsible work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good English and German skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- AMOS-knowledge preferable
- Willingness to do shift work (2 shift system)

Sheet metal worker (f/m)

Location: Saarbrücken
Working hours: full time
Start: as soon as possible
Time limit: 12 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
-preparation of work orders vew and sort A/C drawing
-manufacture metal components based on drawings or patterns
-preinstall single components and subassemblies drill, rivet and join metal
-composite structures on the basis of technical drawings
-implement design changes as well as custom made structures based on customer requests
-treat universal, close tolerance (Hi-Lok), blind rivets, etc.
-inspect components for damage and determine method of repair and required material
-repair aircraft sturctures parts by utilizing usual repair procedures
-maintain and service of tools

Quaifications
-successful completion of aircraft maintenance technician schooling in manufacturing technology field or several years work experience in a similar field
-self motivated and flexible personality
-quality orientated and responsible work ethic
-good English and German skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
-proficiency in MS Office
